Dear Sir,
We, 12 to 15 retired defence personnel & families, intend to visit Shirdi on Tue, 24 Dec 13 on completion of a scheduled meet at Lonavala on 22 & 23 Dec 13.
Please confirm suitability of date wrt any local festival or other commitments/rush season etc.
Please confirm that 'defence personnel' & family with identity cards are given preference as hitherto for "Darshan" in the designated VIP queue to save time or if any other formality has to be completed beforehand.
Hopefully a suitable person can be nominated/provided to conduct the group (mostly senior citizens above 60 yrs.) & make the visit worthwhile view shortage of time and visit to nearby Shanishingnapur & Trimbakeshwar also during the visit commencing from Lonavala on AM 24 Dec 13.
Contact details (including Mb No.) of the 'nominated person' can be provided to tie up various details including arrival time , any ritual particulars, temple timings, route to be followed etc.
