There is no specific day or date required for performing this Kal Sarp Dosha pooja at Kalahasti. This pooja is performed daily starting from 6am at the temple. You can just reach the Bank Counter situatied in the temple at 6am and pay the fee and you will be led into the temple and given a designated seat and the required items for the pooja. The pooja is performed and you are taken for a darshan at the temple. it is important that you go to kalahasti directly and return home from there. If you are performing the pooja, then leave the clothes you wear for the pooja in the hotel you stay overnight. If you return home directly, then leave the clothes outside the house and dont reuse it and donate it to any outsiders.Let me know if you need any more information
